I'm LMAO, people are saying clench ur butt cheeks and I am just imagining a man with all these muscles lifting a heavy amount of weights and while in mid air having to try to clench his butt, dont be mad at me, at least I am not being rude like so many people can

make sure you dont eat gassy foods before working out and take some of those anti-gas tablets. If you are body building a lot of the body builders are used to it because they are pushing a lot and some wind might accidentaly pass, which is OK

Try to fart as much as you can before you go into the gym. HOw odd? I never heard of this problem.

Modify your diet, take a pill like 'Beano', or just live with it. If its well ventilated it shouldn't be a big deal.
