Pagans and Wiccans: I have to cast a spell that I need a little help with.?

Question

My friend's puppy is missing. She's looked everywhere, done everything and she misses her a lot. It's really tearing her up; she apparently was very close to her pet. She's asked me to do magick to help her find the puppy. I did a "get well" spell on this same friend and it worked, so she's asked me to help.

Any suggestions on how I go about this? I've done spells for close friends before and they've all worked. But I've never done one like this. I was thinking of getting a picture of the puppy and maybe some fur and a toy or collar that belonged to her. So how would I link it to bringing her home?

For all the non-Pagans, please don't post an answer that won't help. I'm going to do this spell, and it's a serious matter. No scriptures, no hate, no attempts at converting, please.

make a poppet--a small stuffed dog and put those articles inside--then tie a very long string to it's collar and go for a walk through the room--take a gold or orange candle for attraction, and wind the string around it , rolling it up slowly and drawing the poppet towoards you--then burn the candle--easy!

you could also use a visualisation of the puppy being home playing with his toys(useing the toys as a focus point for the spell.) your intent is 90 percent of the spell.
