As long as you save as a computer media format, he will be able to watch it. Like .mpg, I think. Just make sure he has Windows Media Player or something of the sort.

When you copy your movie to a CD, it burns as a CD, not a DVD. It can be burned as a DVD if you have a DVD burner. So, yes, it will play as a CD on someone elses computer

If it fits on a cd, you should be able to play it on windows media player on any other computer
