does anyone have a recipe for seafood newburg soup?

I am interested in a soup. I had this in a restaurant years ago. I can't find a recipe for a soup but for the dish that goes over rice.

SEAFOOD NEWBURG

1 lb. imitation King Crab salad meat or 1 can lobster
1 can shrimp
1 can crabmeat
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 can cream of shrimp soup
1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. sherry

Mix soup, evaporated milk, mushrooms, salt and paprika on top of double boiler and heat. Gently add seafood and heat until piping hot. Add sherry and serve over rice or in patty shell. Serves 6-8.

INGREDIENTS
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup dry sherry
1 pinch paprika
3 tablespoons ketchup
1 dash Worcestershire sauce
2 (6 ounce) cans small shrimp, drained
DIRECTIONS
Combine butter, flour and salt in a saucepan. Cook for two minutes. Slowly pour in milk and bring mixture to a boil.
Stir sherry into the mixture (to taste), paprika, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Place seafood in the saucepan and heat thoroughly. Serve hot.

Seafood Newberg Soup

16 oz Sole or Cod
10 oz small shrimp
1 Lb.sliced fresh mushrooms
1/3 C flour
1 tsp salt
dash pepper
4C half & half
1C milk
1 10oz frozen peas
6 oz lump crab meat
1/4 c sherry
1 sm container pimento cheese spread

Cook mushrooms in 3 T butter
Remove mushrooms. Add 4 T butter to pan, then flour, salt pepper. Cook 1 min and then stir in milk & half & half until mixture is smooth. Add fish chunks, shrimp, peas, & crabmeat with it's liqiud, sherry and mushrooms, and simmer stiring frequently until fish flakes. Add pimento cheese.
