Haagen-Dazs is what is on the ice cream moon cakes I have in my freezer. There are two dots over the first "a". And yes, it is hyphenated. I live in China, but I'm American. It is the same throughout the world, I think. There are several stores here in Shanghai.

it sholud be hagen daaz......of course I can't add the 2 dots on top of the aa's...................hehe.... ;)
