Sounds like you are getting Kitty Kisses.
Actually, she may be licking your skin for salt...she may have a vitamin deficiency or a medical condition. I think you should take her to a vet and have her checked.
Or she just may being overly effeminate.

Yeah, you want to stop the licking without being unfriendly, right?
If you spray your arms and hands with Bitter Apple or similar stuff, your cat will find out you taste bad and quit licking you. But he'll still like you as a person. Then you can quit using the bitter stuff.

It is either a sign of affection or they enjoy the amount of salt on your skin. Either wear long sleeves or try a few different moisturizers until you find one that the cat dislikes the taste of.
