At Walmart they sell birds eye vegtables in big bags in the vegtable isle. They are called thai vegtables. They come complete with a seasoning bag inside and i just dice up 2 chicken breast and fry the chicken in about 2 tbs of oil and then dump in the bag of veggies and cook it for about 15 minutes.
I pour the mixture over some rice and call it stir fry. Very good.

Eat a meal with food from many food groups.

Example:

Spaghetti w/ meat sauce... grains & meat
carrots...vegetables
glass of milk...milk
and for desser, fruit*...fruit
*don't use canned. Use fresh... healthier. You could add a little vanilla yogurt. (A few teaspoons only or it'll turn into an extra!)

Ask the meat department in your grocery store what is the best meat for fondue. Ask them to cut in little squares. Buy some cooking oil (you can find it specially for this type of fondue). Have some different dips and cook some potatoes which you can dip in the fondue too.
