Someone on here suggested Natural Balance for my itchy pooch but unable to find it , nearest Pet Smart is over 90 miles away. I was hoping someone would know of a catalog I can order it from.Tried Foster and Smith catalog but they don't carry it. I don't order online. As you can tell I live in a rural area. Hope someone can help. Thank you so much.

Sorry should have added that I've tried many of these other brands with no luck.

I don't know if Pet Smart carries the brand. I know Petco does for sure because that is where I buy my bags of Natural Balance. If you cant find Natural Balance, try Royal Canin or Canidae. All three are good quality foods made from human grade quality products. Wellness is also a good brand/company. If you want to try online, here is the link to the store locator for Natural Balance:

For Royal Canin:

For Canidae:

Hope it helped.

IF too far away and you want to buy food online try this site out:

Have you considered a raw food diet?
If you go to your local grocery store you may be able to find ground chicken. If you mix that up with some veggies and a little fruit it's a joy for your dog to eat. They'll have smaller "deposits" because they're body'll be using nearly everything it takes in.
My dogs been on the raw food diet for close to a year now and she's loving it still. And she's never been more healthy or her coat so shiny.
My labrador retreiver had allergies to a yeast product in the normal kibble type dog foods. We tried every single brand in petsmart. (wet and dry) Our trainer got us started on the raw food and my lab's ears cleared up, she stopped developing hotspots, she even smells better. Lol
Check it out, I'll add a link to the training school we've used for the past four years. If you contact them, ask them about the raw food diet.
Good luck, hope it helps,

I feed my dogs a brand called Nutripet Premium Dog Food. It's really good for dogs, a lot better than any store-bought stuff. It contains a whole bunch of vitamins, minerals, fruits and vegetables that they need that some dog foods don't provide.I've fed it to my dogs for years and none of them have had any allergic reactions to it. Plus, I think it is supposed to have something in it that actually is good for their skin and it makes their coats look nice and shiny and healthy.

I personally order it online through a business. I've never seen this stuff sold in stores or in any other magazines though...so I guess that may not help...but I thought I'd tell you about it anyways.

I noticed that one of your answers came from someone who uses Nutripet, it is an excellent pet food and I'm sure if you ask around you should be able to find someone who is a Quixtar member to be able to order it for you. Also, keep checking online, and don't forget to check kennel clubs and breeders websites, they offer lots of beneficial information on raising healthy pets.

Too bad you don't order online. Try their website and see if there is a store near you. You might also check with your vet and see if your vet has some.
