I do not think life is fair.

I think fairness is something we try to impose on it. Don't we hate it when it doesn't work, though!

I think life is about learning about oneself. Things that happen in your life may they be good or bad are learning experiences. Everyone has had something bad done to them in one way or another. The degrees of the bad and good experiences may differ, but they are learning experiences. Therefore, life is not fair for anyone. Enjoy you good times and live life, and learn from the bad times. It will make you a better person.

Fair? uhm..it depends on how you interpret it...Life is balanced, though..that's prolly a better hypothesis...B/c negative and positive forces offer balance to everything..buddha said he didn't believe in good and evil..and i agree..it's more about the actual science of the universe and how we are mere physical systems of it....when people refer to the universe, they are also referring to us b/c we operate according to it..nature is our government..not bush..so is life fair? it's a tough question b/c we don't any answers to why we are hear...if we knew why we were hear then we could then say," oh well, what just happened wasn't fair," b/c then we would have an understanding to what "purpose" really is...but who the F knows..

Living on the Earth is Hell sometimes.
No, Life is NOT FAIR.
It is not suppose to be.
IT IS NOT Fair, Even in HEAVEN.
Thats Right. You will Only get the Rewards that you Worked for While you were on Earth---from Jesus.
No Work--No Rewards.
The Apostle Paul put it This way----don't Work, don't Eat.
Now, is that Fair?
No.
Up to you.

"You know, I used to think it was awful that life was so unfair. Then I thought, wouldn't it be much worse if life were fair, and all the terrible things that happen to us come because we actually deserve them? So, now I take great comfort in the general hostility and unfairness of the universe." - Marcus Cole, Babylon 5

I think life is unfair and you just sort of have to play the hand you are dealt to the best of your abilities. No one has any better hand though so we are all on the same level playing field.
