Something way different, than your used to. Maybe have lunch for breakfast, breakfast for lunch. Like a bologna sandwich with your favorite toppings.

Lunch egg sandwich, make sure the yolk is still running on toasted bread with ketchup.

Drink Orange Juice or Sierra Mist Pop I just read about on another string of Q&A.

If you have time to prepare something and sit down and eat it I would recommend something from the milk group, fruit, a protein and a starch. Maybe yogurt, or milk and cereal, or bagel and cream cheese a banana? I myself personally just grab prepared already cut up fruit from starbucks, and somethimes instant low sugar apple cinamon oatmeal...it's pretty yummy. With coffee ofcourse!

I eat oatmeal...the kind that you cook not the instant since it really has no nutrition value. Oatmeal also makes you feel full longer and it helps lower your cholesterol.

Um, a couple of scrambled eggs with bacon and some toast with jelly. If you drink coffee, make sure you have some coffee with that. I'll make it for you.
