Popsicles are good to help prevent dehydration cause they have to eat them slow, this worked with all 3 of my kids. Also there is an over the counter med you can give them to help ease nausea but i am sorry cannot think of the name of it but i got it at wal-mart. if you ask a pharmacist anywhere they can tell you what it is. Don't let them eat or drink anything in large amounts for 24 hrs. This help slow down the vomiting also.

Lots of TLC! Give only water until they can hold it down for at least 1 hour, then gradually add, bread or crackers. If they vomit, go back to just water. Call dr. after 24 hours. Good luck!

A DOCTOR. Your child could have influenza and need to be treated buy a pediatrician you don't want to mess with that. When my son has been ill the pediatrician gives him some medicine I had to give him in his anus, but he was fine within a day. Good luck

Chicken Broth

Gingerale will help settle the stomach and some crackers to nibble on. My mom said when she had morning sickness they told her to eat crackers.
