There isn't a name that could signify both. What I think you should do is name it something family friendly, with no implication of BDSM facilities in the resort, however you should advertise that there adult rooms available for rent. When people call to inquire, the employees can explain. I also think that you should offer all sorts of adult stuff, such as rooms with stripper poles and such, and an adult store on the premises. Just an idea.
