Sure...as long as you make it clear you like the guy and being around him. If you take it too far we start worrying about being considered "creepy" when we don't know if you like what we're doing.

but I want to tell you coming from someone that was raise in a home full of male
A tease is not a challenge a tease is the girl that the guy think badly off after she is the guy that the will not take serious
(at least that what I was told) a challenge is a woman that know what she wants and when she said no she meant it
this is the woman that the guy will trust & respect
and work hard in getting her to say yes not for just a quicky but for life

Flirting is cool, teasing is not as much. People can take teasing little bit too far and then they complain about the reaction.
