You need a human to talk to. A priest, friend, pastor, sibling, parent, therapist... Choose someone you trust. This dark hole cannot last forever, but you may need to DO something to change things for the better. God loves you and desires that you are happy.
I believe we all have a "God-shaped" hole in our hearts. Only God can fill it....how about wandering into a church someday, sitting quietly and letting Jesus fill you with his light and love? God made you just as you are, there is no one else like you and he loves you like he loves no other.
"Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. And the peace of God, which surpasses all comprehension, shall guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. Finally, bretheren, whatever is true, whatever is honorable, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is of good repute, if there is any excellence and if anything worthy of praise, let your mind dwell on these things. The things you have learned and received and heard and seen in me, practice these things; and the God of peace shall be with you." Philippians 4: 6-9
Peace be with you!

everyone goes through it weather they want to admit it or not you just have to try to have positive thoughts. But the only thing that will truly help is to give your life to god and rely on him if you are doing his will you will feel nothing but peace in your life. Be thank full for the little things you do have. You do not know how much better your life is than a lot of other people. beeeeeeeeee
thank full it always helps, Jesus did not come to save people who don't need to be and allready have everything figured out.

of course. but you need to find someone that you can talk to or relate to you. i know i've been there. look everyone hits a wall and everything starts to spiral out of control. but what is it thats spiraling out of control. is it your life and or your mind ? i have manic depression/personality disorder and have found myself in some very bleek times. i will always be in a dark hole unless i can keep my mind at peace. i saught out counceling. but when i found that my life experiences have taught me more than the councelors could, i went out there to find my own answeres. i couldnt afford to see drs for meds anymore so i found an alternative. 2 st johns worts a day in the morn. i dont think too much now, my mind is clear and i can focus on the real important stuff like supporting my family and being with my friends and living day to day and be happy. i suggest you make sure that you dont have any sphycological issues cause if you do, getting help will most certainly help. you can wallow in your own self hatred forever. its up to you and you alone to make yourself happy so get out there and talk to someone who can give you direction

No, but I have felt pretty depressed. I have found light in finding a personal relationship with a higher power, his name is Jesus Christ. I am fine now.
If that isn't your cup of tea, and you want to spend money. See a therapist (that you feel comfortable with).. get recommendations from someone you trust if you can.. to help you sort out those feelings of darkness.

Yes, at times I have felt just like that, but I keep plugging because I know tht somehow, someday I will feel better--and I usually do - once the dark winter is done.

Here is a short story that I hope will help!
"MY HUT'S ON FIRE"
> The only survivor of a shipwreck was washed up on a
> small, uninhabited island. He prayed feverishly for
> GOD to rescue him, but every day he scanned the
> horizon for help, but none seemed forthcoming.
> Exhausted, he eventually managed to build a little hut
> out of driftwood to protect himself from the elements,
> and to store his few possessions.
>
> One day, after scavenging for food he arrived home to
> find his little hut in flames, with smoke rolling up
> to the sky. The worst had happened, and everything was
> lost. He was stunned with disbelief, grief, and
> anger. "GOD, how could you do this to me?" he cried.
>
> Early the next day he was awakened by the sound of a
> ship that was approaching the island. It had come to
> rescue him. "How did you know I was here?" Asked the
> weary man of his rescuers. "We saw your smoke signal,"
> they replied.
>
> It's easy to get discouraged when things are going
> bad, but we shouldn't lose heart, because GOD is at
> work in our lives, even in the midst of pain, and
> suffering.
>
> Remember that . . . . . . . .
> The next time your little hut seems to be burning to
> the ground, it just may be a smoke signal that summons
> the grace of GOD.
