If you met a really nice woman, and you found out that she was a widow and was left with five young children, would you try to pursue a relationship, or would that scare you off?

i found out about 5 young kids from a woman i was interested in, i'd turn and run for the hills...

that being said, i'm only 26 years old, and would be willing to get involved with some one that had one, maybe two kids...

but i'm fairly young myself...

that's just me... i'm sure there's guys out there who would still be interested... a note of advice, keep the man away from the kids to begin with... maybe introduce him to the kids, but don't expect him to come in and be a father figure for some time...

I like children so I would be fine with it. I imagine it might scare some off though. I guess it depends on the type of guy.

She may in fact be a wonderful woman, but, any man who has thought this thing through is going to ask himself " am I prepared to raise another man's kids". If he says "yes", you should either question his sanity, or presume he is telling her what he thinks she wants to hear to get into her pants.

Finally, he should ask himself in all honesty, "why is this man not here"?

It wouldn't make any particular difference if I was interested in her.

Younger guys would probably be put off though.
