Distillation perhaps, would need to check relative volatilities. If the water is a small contaminant molecular sieve might be appropriate.

Depends on the organics. Some can be separated using distillation. Really need to know what the organics are. Some like alcohols are best separated using a molecular sieve if you want high purity.

For a separation process, you should consider 2 things ; (1)what's the desired product out of the separation and its chemical property? and (2) the efficiency 100% separated ? which will be varied along side with the cost.

There are many process that you can use => distillation, membrane separation, crystalization, depending on the chemical property and the cost you would like to spend.
