Im 23 female, 5'5'' 170lbs and want to lose like 50 lbs... I have already changed the way I eat; fruits, vegetables, no junk, etc... and started jumping rope, push ups, jogging, crunches, and I strength train with my stretch bands... so my thing is I need more weight loss exercises b/c I already know how to build muscle.... how do I lose fat, especially on my stomach!!! ... and info on how long to do each thing for... please help

Elliptical Exercise: Exercising on an elliptical exerciser is another great cardio exercise. It offers full body workout and greatly enhances cardiovascular fitness. Your motions on the elliptical exerciser are similar to your normal body movements. It reduces the stress and heavy impact on you muscles and joints, thus making your workout safer.

Cardio is the key to losing the weight.
If theres anyway you can get your hands on an elliptical machine..those work wonders. To tone your stomach do cardio and also ab workouts.

You should try burning off 500 calories a day if you want to lose 1-2 pounds a week so you probably need to do more 30 minutes of cardio a day

You have to ascend and descend 3 floors of ur building 6-8 times in a single go till u feeel tired and sweat a lot . But remember u have to run on steps not walk. do it regular for 7 days and have moderate food ... But be regular u may reduce upto 10 Ibs a week

save time and money during the week by buying lean protein such as chicken breasts in bulk and cooking a weeks worth on sunday night

The easiest way is to be patient, you can't spot reduce. Your body will get around to removing the fat around your belly when it is ready. In the meantime,you should be very proud of yourself, you have mad an incredible amount of progress already. I would like to repeat the theme that us guys like curves, we don't like seeing the skeleton on legs and arms. We don't like someone so skinny that they look like a stick with a head on it. Also we like natural you know what, However, women never seem to listen to us. oh well.

You are doing a good job, but if i were you, don't eat to much calories.It takes time, and I have been fat too. In one year I only lost 30 pounds

Sleeping will effect your blody weight so get enough sleep to looss your weight
