no such thing as "spot reducing." it's impossible to target an area specifically to burn fat...this is a common misconception...start with the cardio and go hard...weight training is just as effective AND it builds muscle..watch your sugars...and don't ever be stupid and start fasting..many people do that and don't realize they are actually keeping their body from acting as it should..you need food for energy and vitamins and minerals..with all that good stuff, your body is able to function the way it is intended to..get yourself on a nice diet and excersice program..
