I use Vo5 Green Tea Therapy (although any Vo5 shampoos will do the trick) and leave it in for about a minute. Then I use plain Herbal Essences conditioner. none of their new product line called something like Hello Hydration. none of that. Their plain shampoo is so amazing! I used it in the condo that we stayed in on a vacation, and i was so impressed! I told my mom how soft my hair was and i made her feel it, she was amazed too, so when we got home, we went to the store and got some! i'm loving it girl!

This sounds gross, but mayonnaise and smashed avocado will do the trick. Some people use honey, some use eggs. Whatever you choose, apply it to your hair before shampooing and wrap it in plastic. Try to hang out for about 30 minutes, then rinse, shampoo and style. Do this at least once a month for luscious hair.

Don't dye it or overuse products or straughtners. They are like living death for your hair.

I'd recomend a good replenishing shampoo and conditioner for your hair.

If the damage is awful, invest in a really well reputed leave-in condition, which I've seen work wonders for people in the past.

Other than that a good haircut can make hair look great.

Good luck :)

If you have thick hair, the best solution is to not wash it everyday (every three days is what I do...every other if you have thinner hair). That way, your natural head oils can set into your hair and produce a healthy looking shine. If you have fine hair, you should put extra virgin olive oil in it and leave it in for an hour before washing it out (although this works for both thick and thin hair).

Try a hair rinse made of a little bit of vinegar mixed with a glass of water.
