that would be good, if it really existed!
I would try looking at a couple of the VW magazine sites...like Hot VW, or VW Trends, they always have articles on making dune buggies. Also, there would be the "KIT-CAR" route.
ALL OF THE MAGS sell plans and frames, and engines and all the pieces and parts, in the back of the magazine, and all through it from their advertisers.
