Well I suggest that you take him to the side without people overhearing and tell him I really don't like how I feel bout this but I want to let you go, can we be friends? Or are you going to leave me alone and never talk to me? The friends ? always work on a person who usually understands and then see what happens. Besides I had this problem in 5th grade and he understood and we r still friends and very good 1s.

Let him know that you'll just end up hurting him in the long run and you wanted to prevent that even before it happens. Let him know that he could find someone much better than you.

Do it in style! Get him a Tickle Me Elmo TMX and leave a note that says, “Funny, but I think you're better off with someone else Thanks anyway!” Tell him how you really feel. Also, browse this site http://www.upkb.com/elmotmx.php for more info.

yeah, say something like i just want to be friends or " I think it's time we move on and see other people" give it to him nice and easy. Try not to be nervous. You'll say something wrong! trust me!

blame it on your parents... say they think your getting to serious and for him to find someone that deserves him... you can't take the pressure your parents are putting on you, blah, blah.
oh and you need to concentrate on other things right now.

Tell him you like him but do not want to be in a relationship right now...remember, it's you - not him. :)
