Actually Moses wrote the first 5 but the final summary in (Deuteronomy) was probably written by Josha after Moses death. They were written from 1450-1410 BC to the people of Israel. Abram was born 2166 BC-2000 BC and Noah had come and gone way before him. Source: NIV study bible

Noah couldn't have written them. He died early in Genesis. You may be thinking of Moses who is sometimes credited with the first 5 books but he also died before the end of the Pentateuch. They are called the books of Moses because he is the one who received the Law, not because he wrote it.
