I'm not going to get girls for looking like Brad Pitt, and I'm not the best athlete, but one thing I can do is play bass. Does this attract women or is this one of those things I enjoy (like watching football) that just drives women away?

Some do, and some don't. It's a matter of preferance. =)

No they like athletes! Like me, all the way basketball player! Number 33! O yea! Most musicians, and I say MOST, are potheads so they don't like them! Also, MOST of them aren't very physically strong, so that's a turn off as well. Although some musicians do get a lot of girls! For instance, Gene Simmons!

Sometimes it does, sometimes it doesn't. It really depends on the woman and on the musician. Really, wouldn't you rather someone like you for you, and not just because you play an instrument or are in a band? And watching football doesn't drive all women away, I think your getting too caught up in stereotypes.

I for one really appreciate musicians, but then I'm one too....and so is my daughter, so we're probably biased. I think there is a woman out there who will love you regardless of your interests, as a matter of fact, I hope you find one who loves to watch football with you as well!!! But don't limit yourself to finding someone who likes music and enjoys watching football, I love a good football game (having a dad who played at Florida State probably helped that, as well as being in marching band), but my husband of 19 years wasn't too big into either football or music when we got together. We've found things to do together that we enjoy, I've found some new interests (like NASCAR) and so has he. Well, he tolerates going to the symphony with me, but I converted him to football fan!! You'll find the right woman, I promise, just be yourself!

It depends on whether or not she likes music and how many musicians she knows. Unfortunately for you, lots of gays get attracted to music. Strait girls who hang out with musicians quickly find this out. It leads them to automatically think most male musicians are gay until proven otherwise.

If you're in a band and perform somewhere you gain alot of "hotness" points. I used to be in a rock band, and after I got off stage I would get those looks from the girls, but I was very shy so I didn't know how to make the move.

WOMEN LOVE MUSICIANS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! atleast some do. like, its talent. girls like guys with talent. i find it real attractive. i play the guitar and sing myself, so i respect them more then i did before i played. athletes are ok and i hate brad pitt. football doesnt drive some girls away. i love it. im a total pittsburgher. CLEVLAND SUCKS!!! DOWN WITH THE BROWNS!!!!!!!! some guy came on and said jocks r betta then musicians and said musicians are potheads but hes a consieted freek of nature. jocks are mostly druggies, so that turns women off. for example- Terrel Owens

I think it depends on the girl! I'm attracted to musicians but some of my friends aren't.

it depends on the girl. some girls are CRAZY for musicians, others are crazy for jocks. most likely, the place your going to find a girl who likes musicians is at a gig, because she is there to see musicians and listen to music. :)

it depends on the guy and i guess the instrument cause if a dude played an acoustic guitar i would go crazy oveer him but if he played any other instrument i probably wouldn't care as much just be like that's nice and any way personally is really key ,way more important then an instrument anyways

yes they do and they even like bass players. How do you get a bass player off your porch? Pay him for the pizza. How many bass players does it take to screw in a light bulb? one five one five one five. What's the difference between a bass player and a rhino that just ate a huge can of pork and beans? Ones a useless thing that makes deep farting noises and the other is a rhino.
