OK this may sound silly BUT it works.....take a patatoe and scrap some of the "meat" of the "tater" and place it on the boil over night everynight untill it comes to a "head" then it should go away for good hope it works

I had a boil on the tip of my nose when I was younger so i can deifintely relate to the pain you feel. Honestly I do not remember any treatment for it in time it just went away and never came back

Try putting warm moist compresses to help boils drain, which speeds healing. Gently soak the area with a warm, moist cloth several times each day. Please try never to squeeze a boil or attempt to lance it at home because this can spread the infection and make it worse.

Popping it will only make it worse.....you could try boilease...sold over the count at cvs or most drug stores. Also apply heat to the area to draw out the infection. As for prevention....use an antibacterial soap daily and exfoliate....good luck...i know those things hurt like hell....

That will really hurt. Boils are caused by bacteria. You can go to a dermatolgits to expertly help you to lanced it out. They will also prescribed you antibiotics to help you not get it again. Hope this helps. God bless

you could have it lanced but if you cannot go to a doctor take a straight pin (clean) and pop the head of it it will drain and be less painful

Ouch that must be terrible. You could have it lanced to minimise the pain.
