You are getting way too caught up in the numbers. Eat healthy and that is a no-brainer and you can find lots of nutrition sites on-line to help you learn good nutrition. Do a variety of work outs. Cardio, weight training. It's all about how you feel about yourself.
No one on here can tell you if you're big boned and frankly I think that is a crock. Ask your parents to take you to your doctor and have your body fat measured. It can only properly be done in water. And stop getting on the scale. Eat right and be honest with yourself. Keep a food journal for two weeks and write down everything. Do you drink too many sugary drinks or too much milk? Are you eating too much between meals? Are you skipping breakfast and making up for that later in the day? etc... etc.... you can't fix what you don't acknowledge. And MOVE! Find workouts that you like.
And probably most importantly, stop comparing yourself to your friend.

Your only concern should be that you are eating a well balanced healthy diet, and getting plenty of exercise. Your body is going to be the size it wants to be (as long as you are being healthy). I've always struggled with being comfortable with my physical self. Self acceptance is truly important, especially at such a young age. Make sure to eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables on a daily basis and avoid processed foods. I'm 24, 5'4", and weigh 160. I'm thirty pounds heavier than before I had my daughter, and somehow I look the same? Go figure.

160 is a little overweight, but you can be very athletic and overweight. Look at George Foreman. He was a chubby guy when he won the heavyweight championship.

You Are Somewhat Overweight

Your BMI is 28.3 - a healthy BMI falls between 18.5 and 25

While you aren't obese, you could use to lose a few pounds (unless you're very muscular).
Your BMI puts you at a slightly higher risk for type 2 diabetes, heart disease, and certain cancers.
Don't starve yourself or crash diet. See a doctor to learn how to lose weight safely.

all guys that I know of gain some weight around that age.
at 13 don't worry about weight especially if you can do 30 push-ups. if it truly bugs you then talk to your doctor. most people here will likely give you the wrong information because of your age.

Your at the age where you need to watch what you eat and activity habits. Exercise daily is a good habit. They say if you can pinch more than an inch then you need to lose a bit.
