when they are proven wrong by the bible. they beleieve the bible too right? and when the book of moron and the doctrines and the great pearl or what ever it is goes against the bible? if they beleieve the bible then wouldnt they see that their other books are incorrect? ALSO if the bible is complete because it is gods work and it tells us there is not another book, why are they so dumb to beleive another book? ABOVE that, wasnt joseph smith a drinker? i do believe he was even thought that , among many many other facts have been stricken from the morn's history books. but if you look in history books not controlled by the LDS then you will elarn the truth.

penni, i would never doubt you cult again if you showed me that verse! i can promise you that NOWHERE in the bible does it mention the book of mormon or joesph smith. and it IS documented that jeosph had liquor problems.... as i mentioned in my question, many things are stricken form the mormon history books. so in turn it is you that does not know everything, but thats what happens in cults they only tell you what they know you will fall for, they cant tell everyone everything or it would fall apart

I dont get angry. I love my church but know that it is not perfect. I picked the LDS church because I wanted to go to a church that really focused on Jesus Christ. I went to a few others and found them to be really judging towards others. The LDS church does not put other churches down and teaches that we should all love one another. If you go to a good Christian church that you enjoy, then good for you. I have seen many things written that supposedly proves the Book of Mormon wrong, just as I have seen a lot of stuff saying the Bible is false too. I believe in the basic principles of both books, especially all of Jesus Christ teachings so I dont pay it too much attention.

hahaha that is interesting becuase I see clearly in Isaiaha how he talks of the BOM and J. Smith. I beleive its chapter 38.

If you take the time to pray about it.....maybe you would find the answer to be surprising as it was for me. I found it odd and didnt really know if it was true myself, until I asked. I got an answer and it is true.

J. Smith didnt drink, he wouldnt even take a swig of whiskey when they cut into his leg several inches as a child. The Doctor told him to drink some to ease the pain, and he refused. Its documented.

You can beleive what you want. Its interesting becuase I have never seen a website or posting that is by a Mormon that is bashing anothers religion or beleifs. Yet, they consistantly do that to us.

By their fruits I guess...

I know what you mean....They dont trust anything you say but their stuff contridects the bible clearly.....One of my friends was Mormon, read the ENTIRE bible ,saw how much was wrong, and, started at another church......Also their trinity isn't a christian one....Anyway....it bothors me that a swindler got a hold of sooo many people.

Oh btw..I have seen Mormons bashing others....it's common on the sites that give the truth about the LDS church.

11 And the vision of all is become unto you as the words of a book that is sealed, which men deliver to one that is learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I cannot; for it is sealed:
12 And the book is delivered to him that is not learned, saying, Read this, I pray thee: and he saith, I am not learned.
13 ¶ Wherefore the Lord said, Forasmuch as this people draw near me with their mouth, and with their lips do honour me, but have removed their heart far from me, and their fear toward me is taught by the precept of men:
14 Therefore, behold, I will proceed to do a marvellous work among this people, even a marvellous work and a wonder: for the wisdom of their wise men shall perish, and the understanding of their prudent men shall be hid.

6 And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, having the everlasting gospel to preach unto them that dwell on the earth, and to every nation, and kindred, and tongue, and people,
