ok so I believe my dad has the ability to let me stay on his insurance plan. Recently his took me off dental and vision. It makes me really sad that he wouldn't put his best effort to make sure im insured, I'm a hard working, full time student. I'm just wondering how to tell him that I feel he's not helping me like he should be thanks to his wife.

You need to talk to him and see if you have the facts. Then if you find out he dropped the benefits, ask him why. He may have a good reason, but you won't know unless you ask him.

I think its time to sit down and discuss it. You might not be getting the whole picture.
these days its really hard to pay for everything. there are a few years that are hard to go thru when your an adult, student stuck between a career and such. but now that you are working, don't you think you should think about insuring yourself. getting a job someplace where you can get your own benefits?
Theres a time in everyones life that ytou have to get things for yourself. Your Dad does not owe you a life.

You BELIEVE? You don't know, and yet you are ready to jump to the conclusion that your dad is a jerk?

How old are you? Are you truly a full-time student? Lots of insurance companies only allow you to cover kids under age 22 that are full-time students.

By the way - why isn't your MOTHER a JERK? Is she carrying you on her insurance?
