Anastasia in Russian. 'Анастаcия' or 'АНАСТАЗИЯ'?

I've have received two seemingly credible but conflicting opinions on how to spell Anastasia in Russian. Anyone want to weigh in?

Trust me, it doesn't matter how you pronounce it or write it in English, there is only one version of the name in Russian and it is Анастаcия.

It depends on how you say it in english.

Anast-eh-shia (1st spelling)
or
Anast-asia (2nd spelling)
