huh?
I have a great Idea! you will need a mayo jar and a bottle of ranch and two spoons and a plate if you'd like. dip the spoon in the mayo jar and taste, do the same for the ranch dressing or pour some on the plate and taste it. You'll find your answer first hand!

No, ranch is not the same thing as mayonnaise. Mayo is made from eggs while ranch has many other additives such as garlic.

No. Ranch is a flavor of salad dressing, and mayonnaise tastes different , but both are condiments, sort of. Hope the information helps.

Ranch has mayonnaise in it. Ranch is a combination of mayonnaise and buttermilk or sour cream, with seasonings added. They're different, but similar, I guess.

mayonnaise is an emulsion of vegetable oil, egg, and lemon juice, mixed in precise proportions and blended at high speed.

Usually used on sandwiches, but also used as a dressing for tuna or chicken salads...

Ranch dressing is a base of buttermilk with spices, herbs and garlic added creating a dressing for green salads.
