Don't expect too much to the point you'll need a pad. As you get closer to having the baby a consentrated amount will start to build up and you might notice a little wetness or you may not. Even when you have the baby you will actuall produce very little or no milk for the first 1 to 3 days. Don't worry about this. It is normal for the baby to lose about a pound or so. But if you want to speed up the prosses AFTER the baby is finished eating use a manual breast pump for about 10 min. each. Don't expect anything to come out but the stimulation will trick your body into producing more milk faster you should start noticing a diffrence at the end of the second day if you pump at least 5 min each after each feeding.
My baby was extremely fussy because I wasn't making enough milk for her and by doing this it really helped a lot. I know its tempting but if you plan on breast feeding try NOT to use a bottle an if you have to because the baby is REALLY hungry give her a small amount of formula (amount 1 ounce) and use the pump to stimulate the breast to compinsate.
Good luck

I didn't start leaking until around 8 months, but that was only during a shower or bath (body temp rise). You are already producing milk, but it isn't "ready" for consumption yet.
Get the books "The girlfriend's guide to being pregnant" and "What to expect while you're expecting". I read the Girlfriend's guide, while used the What to expect as a reference and to answer any questions that I had that were more on the medical side. Both are excellent books, and The Girlfriend's Guide was a wonderful read (funny, and I found very truthful). It put me at ease when I experienced something and it frightened me. It also helped me communicate with my doctor without feeling like I was overcautious.
Good luck and Congrats!!!!

I know some women who have milk as early as halfway through their pregnancy. My milk didn't come in until about 6 days after giving birth, which is pretty late. The majority of women get their milk 1-2 days after giving birth. I have no idea what will happen if your boyfriend sucks on your breasts. I know that once my milk came in and I was steadily nursing, my breasts always leaked during sex.

It depends on how many times you have been pregnant. The first time it could take a couple of days after you have the baby. First, what comes out is a gooey liquid which is very bennificial for the baby, then the milk comes. With my second and third pregnancy I think I started dripping here and there around 5 months.

You don't make breast milk until the baby is a few days old.
You may start leaking half way though. But some people don't.

you can leak at anytime during the pregnancy, your actual milk does not come in until 2-4 days after the baby arrives.
