My face has gotten fatter over a couple of years. I don't drink so it's not from that. I haven't really gained that much weight. It's just my face that looks fatter. any advice?

Well, some people put the weight on in their hips, others their thighs, and I guess you, your face. There's nothing that will make it go away unless you lose the weight. You can play with make-up tho to minimize it a bit....but not much.

Music forces you to devour extra. According to a survey through the magazine Psychology in conjunction with Marketing, gentle, classical tunes inspire anybody to take time over your supper, so that you eat extra nutrients. So, transfer off – silence is more likely to make you extra mindful of what you’re establishing your mouth.
