I am still a chunk of coal and would like to find the way to be a diamond.

Be careful what you ask for, the way coal becomes a diamond is through years of immense pressure.
2 Corinthians 5:17 says, "therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new." No man can change in any lasting or meaningful way outside of Christ. That really is the only surefire way to become new.

so it isnt about becoming something else
but looking for what is already there

Let God transform your life. If you get into His Word and meditate on it, your life will be completely changed. We are already diamonds in God's eyes, but if you truly want to notice a difference, pray, read, and get w/ some other Christians who can help you and bring you up.
