You could talk because communication plays a huge part in a relationship. Watch movies together, play a game, clean up, relax. Have friends over and watch a game.

If you can save for it,the new interactive games are fun. We have the Wii, but before we bought it, we bought a dance pad from Fisher Price at Target for under $30 and my daughter loves it. The have several different kinds and many price ranges. Some are sports related. They all basically consist of a pad that you put on the floor, you hook it up to your tv and then they follow the dance or the moves on the pad. They have some where you just use your feet, like we have and then they have fancier ones where you hold a controller and dance around or run or push the picture with your foot, etc. Also, go to the library and get some DVD's or videos that involve dancing. Put on the radio and start dancing silly and he might join in, my daughter likes to do that and I don't "plan" it, I just do it spur of the moment. Pretend play can be quite physical. Putting on silly clothes and acting out characters can be physical. If you can get some Nerf balls, a safe game of catch or tag "football" can entertain him. Helping around the house like a "big man" and giving him responsibility and rewards can help him get moving.
