Personally, I would ask you what kind of stress, to state there are various kinds of stresses that cause the human body harm, whether Physical, Spychological, etc.

Let me just get one point out everyone experiences stress. And many people are stressed every day. In fact, some people don't even realize how much stress they're under until they suffer serious physical consequences of that stress. According to the American Academy of Family Physicians, some possible signs that you're under too much stress are: Anxiety, back pain, stiff neck, depression, fatigue, trouble sleeping, unexpected weight changes, headaches, relationship troubles and high blood pressure.

What I would recommend recommend you to do are:

-Be open, and try things. Give something a try, and if it's not right for you, move on to something else. You'll eventually find something that's right for you

-Try Breathing Easily and steady.

-(Alternatively)Go to your doctor.

I can't guarantee that'll completely help you so I'll just ask you to promptly visit a doctor.

I play fantasy video games to reduce stress, it keeps my mind off my problems for a while and releases some pent up aggression.

the best way is to look for a quiet place and just scream your lungs out for 10mins. Make sure no one else is around.. Try it,
