Denny's, from 4-10 pm, with up to two free kids' meals for every one adult meal purchase.
I know IHOP also has a kids eat free day, but sorry, I'm not sure what day it is. I think Carrows also offers kids eat free on Tuesdays.

Hi Moon, taking a break! . . . . you can't possibly be talking about San Diego, California . . . . . have never known it to snow there dear . . . . . . too warm . . . . .but, it does snow in California up north in the mountains. Best part of California is it has beaches, rivers, mountains, deserts, forests . . . you can ski and then go surfing on the same day . . . . what a state!
