MY CD PLAYER HAS SUDDENLY STOPPED PLAYING ...THE RADIO AND TAPE STILL WORK BUT NOT MY CD PLAYER...THERE'S A READING ON THE SCREEN THAT READS ER 6...I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THAT MEANS..HAS ANY1 ELSE HAVE THIS PROBLEM??? PLEASE HELP...I MISS LISTENING TO BLACK LABEL SOCIETY...

i don't have one of those but most cd /dvd player problems are a dirty optic ,it can not read the data right and errors out

I'm not sure if your car is still under warrenty, but a macanic was told me that with my 2001 Hyundai Elantra that the tapes can get stuck in the tape player. Try calling you local Hyundai dealer and I'm sure they will help you.

This is a read error, try a different cd, or try cleaning the eye off so that it can see better. That or try hyundai service for a better answer for the code and any repair that would be low cost.
