I've given this answer before, and I think it's getting repetitive. However, it helped me a great deal, so I will pass it on to you.
Get a tutor, take an afterschool class, something. Yes, it's expensive...but worth it. Before my parents hired my tutor, I was getting 2's and 3's in math. Now, we're doing preliminary algebra and I'm on to trigonometry. The individualized attention is fantastic, and it is much simpler to understand. Also, make up problems for yourself involving the math skills you have learned...this sounds "nerdy", but believe me, it helps.
Hope you've derived something from this...good luck!

it seems that you are aiming for that GPA more than anything.
it is just a number. the important thing is that you learn. if you want to improve get some tutoring, wake up early in the morning to study, ask the teacher when you do not understand.

Talk to your counselor - maybe there's someone in school who can help tutor you in Math. I'm assuming you study - otherwise that'd be my first suggestion. Talk to your teacher - maybe you're missing a teeny tiny piece of something that s/he can fill in and help you out. Is there extra credit assignments you can do?

Take very detailed notes during class. ask alot of questions then at night take your notes and rewrite them into a second notebook. i have heard that writing something over is the best way to remember it. so not only will you have very clear notes to study from but you will remember some of it from writing it over.

Ask your teacher the same question. He/she might have a good answer.

Also, consider studying with a classmate that gets A's.
