If he is simply "intolerant", he will probably get a stomach ache, gas, and possibly diarrhea. The best thing to do is give him something like Beano to reduce the gas pains (depending on how old he is).
If he is "allergic" that is more serious and should be seen by a doctor right away.

Not really, people who are lactose intolerant can't digest lactose which is the sugar derived from milk. He may get diarrhea or stomach bloating, but this will pass. Making him vomit would be more dangerous than dealing with the gastrointestinal upset he may experience. Nothing at all may happen depending on how bad his lactose intolerance is.
They lack the enzyme which digests lactose (lactase).

no longer truly, those who're lactose illiberal can't digest lactose it is the sugar derived from milk. He might want to get diarrhea or abdomen bloating, yet this may bypass. Making him vomit might want to be extra risky than dealing with the gastrointestinal disillusioned he might want to journey. no longer something in any respect might want to ensue reckoning on how undesirable his lactose intolerance is. They lack the enzyme which digests lactose (lactase).

it depends on how badly lactose intolerent he is. he may throw up right away, have diareah, or just have a stomach ache.
if it was only a little bit, and he seems fine now, then hell probably be ok, maybe just a little bit of a sore belly.

depending on how severe he has it he could get a stomache ache but if its a glass i would bet he'll be fine. I have it and I can tolerate a lot of dairy to an extent, if I get sick I just end up in the bathroom for a while...

He will get stomach cramps and diarrhea once the milk gets farther into his digestive tract. Once that passes, he'll be fine.
