It depends on your height as oppose to your age. If you are small or an average height then I think it's ok but I don't think you should weigh any less. If you are quite tall then maybe you should ideally weigh a bit more; 7.5 on it's own doesn't sound too light but it really is measured according to one's height.
I'm sure if you search for height against weight, (or something like that) on the internet then you will find charst which will give you a fairly accurate idea of what your ideal weight should be according to your height.

There are different sacramental church homes. Anglicans, Lutherans, and the Orthodox for particular. The numbers of sacraments can selection. Even Catholics have had differing numbers by the years (and formerly anybody freaks out, I leaned that at a Catholic seminary!). as an occasion, Anglicans comprehend 2 - Baptism, and Eucharist, by way of fact those instituted by Jesus. quite, he pronounced "try this." The others are seen as minor sacraments, so, no longer with quite the comparable status. I even have forgotten how many the Orthodox, and jap Catholics have. In my Sacraments classification, we've been 50:50, Catholics, and Anglicans, so, I on no account did hear. A sacrament is a few thing particular - "an outward and visual sign of an inward an invisible grace." Denominations who be conscious the sacraments think of that some thing genuine happens in them, e.g., at Eucharist, you acquire the Holy Spirit at as quickly as. Non-sacramental church homes, which consists of lots (no longer all) of the Protestant ones think of those issues are symbolic basically. So, they positioned much less emphasis on them. yet, for the sacramental denominations, those issues are considered necessary, by way of grace of God working bodily in them.

Why do SO many people ask these questions on here? Haven't you ever heard of Body Mass Index? Just type it into google! As it's been said, age has little relevance - it's your height (and body frame).

Your age is pretty irrelevant in this case, we need your height. If you are between 4ft7 and 5ft3, you are fine. If you are below 4ft7, you are overweight, if you are above 5ft3, then you are underweight. HTH : )
