Hi, reboot your pc, quickly repeatedly press del or f2, or f10 or f12 to get to the bios screen it depends on your pc. After you find and change your printer settings make sure you save and exit. Please don't forget to always save and exit or your settings will go back to default automatically. Good-Luck...pcr
