keep on touching my nose with my arms to warm it up... It's a very uncomfortable feeling but I don't know what else to do! It's always so cold in my classes!!!

I'd like to know what to do ESPECIALLY when it comes to my nose... That's usually what gets cold first.......

Thanks:-)

Actually most classroom and public settings are kept cold to deter the spread of germs.. since you said you were young, (I assume highschool or college), I'm thinking you aren't a smoker? For anyone else reading this, smokers have a lower circulation rate, and limbs and extremities become colder. I live in North Florida and it's getting chilly here also.. In a classroom setting, I'd suggest simply wearing a light sweater, keeping it in the bookpack for those chilly times. There are devices, like heated scarves, mitts, etc, that will work, but not sure if it's that extreme. Maybe bring a thermas of hot chocolate to sip during class, if permitted. Sorry, this is the best that I can come up with if I had a friend telling me this story. :o)

Lol I see that a lot to seems like everyone has a different style of raising there finger, but the correct way is to just raise it and then put it down when finnished saying La ellaha Ella Allah, Wa Ana Mohammad Rasoul Allah, I just raise it I have habit of my finger going up and down but thats me I don't know why others do it.
