I have my friends and there is this boy who have a disease called terrets and he always is talking to us and will not leave us alone so we ask him a million time and he will not this boy talks soo much and he talks about nasty stuff about our friends in an other school but everytime we tell the teacher they just say sushhh and thats it and does not stop him . PLEASE HELP what should i do

It's called Turret's Syndrome. He can't help his constant talking. He probably uses offensive language, when least expected. Unfortunately for him it is a disease, that he must suffer with. Try to understand that it is embarrassing for him, and even if he is annoying try to include him in your group.
