Yes themselves. When ever a person start to hate some one else he or she is starting torture themselves automatically. When ever they start to care about some one they feel free and happy. This is well known fact. But human rare too accept it.

Yes, of course, themselves. They're hurting themselves even if the person they're hating is around. Hate eats up the person who is doing the hating.
