That's is what I have heard -- but it isn't coming back in the old style like Billy Ray. I still don't care much for the Billy Ray mullet or any other mullet for that matter.

The "business in the front, party in the back" should never have come into fashion let alone make a comeback!! lol perhaps for a few die hard mullet fans lol

I am a hairstylist and i'm sorry to say that yes they are coming back...but they are a little different. the top and sides are being cut shorter than the back, but they are more textured and messy...the back is no longer than collar length and also texturized and worn messy. The new mullet is a lot better than the old one thank god!

i have seen them popping up lately..more on women than on men though. however i live in the south and that means nothing. they are probably just the same 7 people who have been sporting their mullets for the past 20- years anyway

i would say they are not 'making a come back' but have 'made a comeback', or rather in some parts of the world they never lost interest! like most trends, they keep going in circles and will always come back as people lose the ability to come up with new ideas for hairstyles so copy old ones.

some things are so bad they actually become kinda good.....no....no....bare with me on this one...the last time you saw a mullet, and i mean a real corker of a mullet, be honest you did laugh.therfore mullets are great. ie michael bolton in the 90's...lol...lol...lol
