i think 130 would be about the top end of a healthy weight. and anything less than 100 would be a little too thin. but, remember, at 16, girls may have stopped growing height wise, but they are still developing and filling out. and the answer also depends on whether the girl is on the thin side wanting to gain, or on the heavy side wanting to lose. everyone is different, and a doctor would best be able to help with personal weight issues.

When I was 16 I weighed 126, but 130 to 135 is probably okay.
