I'm 5'2" and 108 lbs so I don't want to diet or anything since I really shouldn't lose weight. I more want to tone my stomach, don't need a six pack, but I little less chubby would be nice. Also my thighs a bit toned.

Crunches, nitely , Pilates, and Running. You'll know its working when it hurts, but dont overdo it. Squats are good too.

Yoga. There are several positions that work very well on strengthening and toning the abdomenal muscles. My favorite that I am still working on is to imagine you are the the wood part of a bow (as in bow that shoots an arrow). Hold your hands up over your head, stick your belly out and lean your hands back for balance. Hold it as long as you can. Make sure to get the obliques by leaning side to side occassionally. See if you can hold it a full 30 seconds. I can't, but the idea is to hold it longer and longer each time, and to do it about 3 or 4 times a day.

There are plenty of other yoga postures to try that also target that area. Another thing I do is avoid using the backs of chairs, and don't slouch. Your stomach muscles and your back muscles work in tandem to hold your body straight.

You can tone your muscles by doing curls of some such but to get a flat stomach you will need to love weight. Depending on the placement of fat on your body this may be the last place to shrink. Sort of something radical like liposuction perhaps it would be better to just be comfortable with yourself and accept the fact that bikinis are not for you.
