Oh my gawd, DO NOT use bleach!!! That would totally destroy your skin. You need to consume more vitamin C and betacarotine, since those elements assist in nurturing your facial skin. Also, popping does not cause the scarring. You need to pop to begin the healing, but just make sure you keep the area super clean after the pop. THen apply a topical cream and watch those acre marks melt away. Good luck!

First things first you have to relax! Stress raises cortisol which over time can do mean things to your body. But ok the left over spots from acne i USED to get them too.. till i discovered this beatuiful thing called Glycolic acid.. you can buy it over the net, but be extremely careful with it! get a low concentration (pretty sure ebay has it).. any-who follow the directions.. it will peel off layers of skin, and soon enough (like a month maybe more maybe less) your acne and hyperpigmented spots will be gone...well mine were...but i cant garantee it will work for you also.. but good luck- research the stuff before you try it!

Removal of acne scars is a fine and delicate procedure and might just require a combination of procedures which are mentioned below. Do in depth research of the cosmetic surgeon whom you wish to get operated by. Make sure all the questions you have, are answered before you take the final step, such as what is his status in the field he specializes? Judge the results by viewing before and after photographs of previous cases as well as refer the testimonials of previous patients. These and many more queries that you may harbor must be duly solved before you finalize the procedure for your acne scars.

The toothpaste did clear a pimple for me. The pimple was small though, but it stopped it from growing and made it go away. It didn't leave me a scar. Try: Neutrogena Rapid Clear Acne Eliminating Gel This worked for me as well!

I am no expert. I just wanted to offer you some support. You could use a bug hug. And please don't worry. There is an answer. I hope you have a good dermatologist; if not, keep looking till you find one. Proactiv works well. But never give up hope. You are a great person and your true self always shines through.
