A 2004 cancer study by H Lee Moffitt Cancer Centre concluded that median survival rate for patients undergoing no treatment was 12 to 16 weeks. With conventional treatment, rate was 12 to 24 months for patients with favourable prognostic factors, and 6 to 9 months for those with poorer factors.

t depends whether an operation you have is successfull, how deep into the body the cancer has spread and how agressive it is. People can survive well into their old years with cancer but if left undtraeted and further exposed it has a high risk of being terminal within two years i would say.
Cancer should never be left untreated.
