Not at all. Any man can be cold hearted. I'am a 22 year old guy who just happens to be a Leo, and I have been known to be cold hearted, and I have a buddy who is a Taurus who is the most caring person I know. Don't trust horrorscopes, because they are very innacurate.

im starting to think that...lol my guys a taurus but honestly no horoscopes are bull it does not matter when u are born or what month its what u are rasied around and how u choose to act personally im a scorpio and half of the traits of them are the exact opposite then me

my man is a taurus and he is very loving and caring,....hes just very outspoken at times and says whats on his mind. But he does anything for me. i dont think thats true ...i think they can just be very thick headed at times....but i think thats just men in general. im a scorpio so we bump heads alot...but we still love eachother very much.
