Favorite Steak is a ribeye. Cook it on a gas grill, searing each side on high heat to keep the juices in. For a 3/4 lb. steak cook about 6-7 minutes on a side. Slice potatoes about 1/4 inch thick and put in a aluminum foil packet with some seasoning and cook on grill at same time, also sweet corn on the ear(if in season. ) Merlot is my choice of wine

Sirloin steak - rare, baked potato, corn on the cob, onion rings, coleslaw and fried mushrooms all washed down with a nice cold beer. I personally like to mop up the blood from the steak with my baked potato (which has been smothered in butter) mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm............................sorry, just had a Homer Simpson moment!

That would be a shrimp cocktail appetizer, then a Caesar salad . Then filet Mignon mid rare, accompanied by lobster tail, broccoli Hollandaise and baked potato. And don't forget a nice glass of Merlot. Dessert, Creme Brulee'.

A lovely thick fillet steak - cooked blue. With salty chubby chips and petits pois with butter. Some pepper sauce would be nice too. I'd have a glass of champagne with it. Thanks for asking xxx

Flank steak - marinated in soy sauce and garlic, served with either hot cooked rice or hot buttered noodles, and steamed asparagus.
Water or beer to wash it down.
